A$ A' "A' ?Job Details:Vice President of SalesBachelor's degree required; technical or engineering degree preferred; MBA desirable.8+ years of HVAC experience increasing distribution sales.4+ years of direct management experience managing a sales organization and coaching a sales team.Experience in consultative type sales in a business-to-business environment.Work with sales team to increase personal effectiveness to both develop new customers and maximize existing clientele share-of-wallet.Drive knowledge on product offerings and coach sales team on technical sales skills so that Account Managers can enthusiastically and capably demonstrate, discuss, and select solutions with customers.Develop and maintain key customer relationships. Actively engage in key and strategic projects. Remedy escalated customer issues.
