This person will d evelop and execute strategic B2B marketing plans to increase patient referrals and treatment completion through local networking and relationship building with area dental offices and doctors. Plan and coordinate professional events for key audiences, develop meaningful social media content and marketing materials. Launch targeted local grassroots marketing initiatives in line with the offices' brands, professional image, and target audiences. Position requires a positive attitude, creativity, and attention to detail. To ensure success, candidates should have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences. Top candidates will exhibit strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and professional communication skills, with demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic B2B marketing plans and events in line with identified practice objectives and allotted budgets. Must be results-focused and comfortable with tracking and reporting on marketing plan activity and results. Formed in 1991, Dental Care Alliance is a ground-breaking dental support organization created by dentists, and focused on improving the well-being of both patients and dentists.Responsibilities Position Roles and Responsibilities: Develop strategic marketing plans and events within budget for the benefit of referring dental practitioners and their staff, highlighting the strengths of our practices and doctors as partners in their patients' care. Setup tracking systems for marketing efforts and online activities. Work closely with various members of the practice and business organization to ensure alignment, plan approval and budget compliance. Develop relationships with individual staff and doctors from referring offices; create plans for maintaining methods for consistent contact and facilitate professional referral relationships between doctors and teams. Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities; Identify potential new referral relationship opportunities and cultivate relationships between doctors and staff members. Collect feedback from referring dental offices and patients to initiate appropriate responses or changes to adapt to their needs. Develop, manage, and improve all communication systems with patients and referring offices. Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization's overall brand through all relevant marketing avenues within the allotted marketing budget. Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management. Work with supporting marketing and design team to develop content for marketing materials and collateral. Enhance our social media presence through content development in order to fuel referrals and bolster practice recognition and reputation. Seek opportunities to make face-to-face contact with referring dental offices in order to fortify relationships. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications or related field. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies. Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior. Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build relationships through social skills and friendly disposition Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis. Solid organizational skills and detail oriented. Experience in event coordination and planning. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the capacity to learn and utilize other software platforms to enhance our marketing efforts. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel frequently Ability to work outside normal business hours occasionally is required. Events may be held in evening hours or on weekends.
