The individual will work in close collaboration with the Marketing & Sales teams to build and direct a process that identifies high potential prospects (leads) and directs marketing efforts to build awareness and considerations for our diverse products and services. You will use organic search campaigns, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and other channels to increase awareness about the company, brand, products, and services.Successful candidates will be fast learners who can think on their feet and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization. You will have an opportunity to contribute to the overall strategy of our marketing programs and will have a great team supporting you along the way.A' Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.Maintain Search Engine Marketing efforts, by creating display and text ads, analyzing performance data to make educated language, keyword, and design changesCreate assets for display advertising, email marketing campaigns, free resources, or infographic marketing.Develop and manage a targeted outreach strategy to prospective customers.Establish and manage a process to track prospects through "sales funnel,"A' developing a communication strategy for each key stage.In conjunction with the marketing team, coordinate messaging outreach to all prospects.Qualify and categorize leads for follow up by sales organization and marketing outreach.Evaluate effectiveness of outreach strategies and tactics and refines plans based on learning.Communicate results and learning to all key stakeholders.Translate business goals, including increasing brand awareness, promoting company products or services, and driving prospects to conversions, into successful digital marketing campaigns.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in marketing, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing and lead management (including paid advertising and retargeting). Experience with platforms including Google Marketing, Facebook Ad Manager, Feathr, LinkedIn Ads, and more preferred.Experience with lead management software (Salesforce/Salesforce Lightning or equivalent)Efficiency, attention to detail, and project management skills are vitalExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPay-per-click experience with paid advertising platformsUnderstanding of customer acquisition funnels - awareness, consideration, acquisition, and how to leverage media to speak to customers throughout the conversion pathExperience in and passion for actively testing technologies, data, and messagingAbility to work successfully with a dynamic team environment as well as independentlyEntrepreneurial instincts and a strong understanding of content marketing strategy and planningStrong/excellent knowledge of digital advertising trends and technologies.Ad creative and landing page optimization experience preferredUnderstanding of SEO beneficialExperience with platforms including Salesforce Lightning and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Canva, Sendible.
