Fort Washington Medical Center seeks to hire a Human Resources Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As an HR Coordinator, you will:
•Prepares information needed for Orientation i.e., Orientation folders, flash drives, tent cards, Employee/New Hire roster and catering
•Ensures new hire paperwork is compliant with Joint Commission/DOH Standards
•Assist and coordinates other compliance requirements and notifications (i.e. licensure requirements)
•Performs Audits of new hire paperwork as required by Joint Commission
•Assist with Contract Employees, i.e. schedules pre-employment physicals (if required); collects required documents; monitors employment status; prepares and scans files into Electronic Filing System
•Assists with coordination of various recognition programs
•Assist with the planning and coordination of employee events
•Administers Tuition Reimbursement/Scholarship Program for SGMC ensuring accuracy on courses for approval and approving application requests
•Conducts research and prepares reports which may require compilation and analysis of data
•Prepare files for electronic filing and manifestation lists
•Contact vendors for various issues (printer, copier, badges)
•Manage inventory of employee gifts in storage and distribution at various events
•Assists Business Partners with various special projects
•Respond to general employee questions
•Assist employees with HRIS Self-Service with benefit enrollment, direct deposit and other data changes
•Utilize HRIS System to run employee list and other applicable reports
•Assist with the planning and coordination of employee events

Qualifications Include:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably in HR or related area required
• 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, on-site. 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:30am-5:00pm.
