Responsibilities *ARCFIELD* is seeking a *Cybersecurity Systems Engineer *to contribute to program success in the acquisition and maintenance of National Security Space systems * *What You ll Get to Do with Us:* * Support a large System Engineering & Technical Assistant (SETA) contract responsible for the complete end-to-end life cycle of the customer's Space Systems * Serve in the Protection Domain supporting Cybersecurity protection innovations and Major Systems Acquisitions * Assist with System Requirements Closure through the conduct of Systems Engineering Lifecycle Readiness Reviews and System Engineering Technical Reviews. * Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Engineering working groups that will review and assess the maturity of engineering Artifacts, CONOPS, Interfaces, and Architecture products and support program technical and management forums and meetings on behalf of the customer Enterprise System Engineer. * Assist with decision support and technical consultation, meeting coordination, and leading the development of initial recommendations for Government decision-makers. * Influence the delivery of cybersecurity strategy, policy, and governance to support cyber protection requirements and the concept of operations for end-to-end systems integration of national assets. * Develop and coordinate a "highly visible" enterprise Cybersecurity strategy for Space to Space, Cloud, and Ground with senior customers. * Determine system- and function-level requirements for multiple systems. Qualifications *What We Need from You (REQUIRED): * * *Active TS/SCI with Poly* * 10-12 years of related experience with a Bachelor s degree or 8-10 years with MS, or 5-7 years with Ph.D. in Systems Engineering or in a related technical or scientific fields such as engineering, operations research, engineering management, or a related STEM degree program * Expertise in Cyber threat and Cloud Security * Ability to interact and communicate with multiple skate holders of all levels (including government customers) * *These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have (**DESIRED):* * Experience with space systems acquisitions * Familiarity withsupply chain risk management (SCRM) * Experience with the Intelligence Community * Usage of Confluence, Jira, and familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
