Arc XP operates like a SaaS software company within The Washington Post, so you can expect a fun-loving, down-to-earth, nimble culture that thrives on innovation, experimentation, and collaboration. The team at Arc XP builds a powerful suite of digital tools for journalists, marketers, editors and other content creators to craft rich online storytelling. Arc XP Composer is used by professional journalists, authors, editors, marketers, and more to craft and manage compelling storytelling online. You will work with product managers helping to gather feedback from customers, draft feature requirements, and support the full-cycle software development process.

This role will include day-to-day collaboration with product managers, designers, software engineers, client account managers, and other key internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an organized, critical thinker who communicates effectively and eagerly engages with colleagues across areas of the business.

If you are proactive, curious, enthusiastic about growing with us and being a part of our exciting journey, willing to learn and work towards making our customers and Arc XP successful, we would love to hear from you!
