The Marketing Project Manager (PM) objectively manages the internal workings of the Marketing department, fostering an integrated process to ensure the highest quality work is delivered with the greatest efficiency. You will be working closely with our team of strategists, analysts, creatives, media managers and cross-departmental stakeholders, as well as external vendors and Agency partners. You are highly organized and have a passion for all things data & analytics and your expertise is using your organizational super-powers, to drive process to make data come to life. We have openings for 4 different PMs Creative & Brand PM Media & Integrated Marketing PM Data & Analytics PM CRM PM Job duties and responsibilities for all PM roles: Responsible and accountable for scope and function of complex marketing projects at the project level: sizing, prioritization, resource planning, and capturing KPIs Schedule and facilitate intake and strategic kickoff meetings to align stakeholders and team members on objectives, timelines, and responsibilities Champion business agility project management best practices across the organization and drive implementation of projects Manage and control project work by creating project plans outlining deliverables, sequencing work activities, and identifying milestones Field all project requests and delegates accordingly Facilitate retrospectives with teams to determine improvement opportunities Create and participate in communities of practice for standardization within the PMO Facilitate regular meetings and daily huddles with cross functional teams to answer questions and resolve impediments Communicate timely and effectively for project updates, issues, and risks Create weekly dashboards Conduct detailed project reviews with Senior Manager Create strategic playbooks and provide information for playbooks Help the team become more accountable and self-organized Listen to teams concerns and help solve their problems Create workstream process mapping Resource management For Creative & Brand Project Manager: Responsible for resource management for Designers & Copyrighters Support Brand + Creative with External Agency Partners and vendors Assist in trafficking Creative assets For Media Project Manager: You will be working closely with our team in paid search and paid social, SEO, and events Digital marketing fluency For Data & Analytics Project Manager: You will be working closely with Research, Analytics, and Development Team and IT Candidate qualifications: Bachelor s degree "ideally" in Business, Management, Marketing, IT or related field PMP/Agile Certifications preferred 4-7 years of project management experience Experience working with marketing teams; Data & Analytics, Media, and Creative Proven track record as a project driver through planning, executing, and delivering value; ability to manage projects concurrently Experience managing complete lifecycles with efficiency for project teams consisting of 5 25 people Excellent written and oral communication skills for reports and presentations Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business Continuous learner and entrepreneurial acumen Ability to adapt and strive in an ambiguous fast paced environment Can dive into the details of any area of business, look at the big picture and identify opportunities and gaps Exceptional EQ Communication and people skills to develop key strategic partnerships, while continuously driving improvement in measurable metrics Creative approach to problem solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands Very effective at collaborating, and team building Benefits: At GEICO, we make sure you have the support and resources to leverage and develop your skills, secure your financial future, and take care of your health and well-being.
