Unlock your potential at Reston Hospital Center! Job Summary and Qualifications The Surgical Specialty Team Manager is responsible for managing tactical activities in the Cath Lab. They are responsible for ensuring team members are clinically competent to support their services on all shifts. Actively participate in activities focused on daily as well as projected resource allocation. Provide guidance to supply chain for changes to supply and equipment demand of service. He/she is responsible for identifying the need for, implementing and complying with all unit, hospital and applicable regulatory standards. What qualifications you will need: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Registered Nurse Associate Degree Two years of recent Cath Lab experience preferred. Demonstrate written and oral communication skills. Leadership as well as management skills preferred What qualifications you will need: Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Registered Nurse Associate Degree This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
