FOWGroup is seeking to fill the Cybersecurity Staff Analyst position in Arlington, VA.One of our clients in Arlington, VA. needs a Cybersecurity Staff Analyst for a full-time position.Position: Cybersecurity Staff AnalystLocation: Arlington, VA.Position Type: Full timeJob DescriptionProvide Information Technology (IT) subject matter expertise, and programmatic, and technical policy support to senior-level DoD Cybersecurity clients focused on Mobility, Cloud, and the Internet of Things (IoT). The analyst will develop IT strategy, policy, and governance doctrine, conduct industry engagement & outreach, and metrics activities to support DoD enterprise capabilities. The analyst will provide support, guidance, and collaborate with DoD Combatant Commands, services, and agencies to build consensus based on best practices and lessons learned. Analyst will develop briefings, whitepapers, and other materials for senior DoD officials in response to statutory and regulatory requirements and plan and execute industry engagements for senior DoD officials.QualificationsBA or BS degree or equivalent experience2 years of experience with mobile device support, mobile device management, and/or mobile security5 years experience with Information Technology (eg, systems engineering, systems administration, etc.) or Cybersecurity for the DoD or other government agenciesExperience with briefing and producing work products for senior clients, including GS-15, SES, or Flag levelExperience with technical writing, development of whitepapers, and delivering PowerPoint briefings (must provide examples)Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelDemonstrable knowledge of DoD Cybersecurity policy and strategic objectivesDemonstrable experience with technical writing, including security policy analysis, guidance, and memorandums (must provide examples)Knowledge of and/or hands-on experience with any of the following: Information Technology architectures, systems engineering, enterprise support, etc.Preferred Skills:Experience with mobile devices, mobile device management, and mobile architectures focused on mobile securityExperience with IT policies and regulations, including the DoD Cybersecurity 8100/8500/8510 issuancesExperience implementing DoD, Intelligence Community, and/or NIST Special PublicationsExperience as a senior action officer or in a chief of staff roleExperience with the DoD at the staff level, including OSD, Service Staff, or Joint StaffMilitary experienceMA or MS degreeCISSP or CISM CertificationEmployee Benefits:FOWGroup offers a comprehensive benefits program including various options in these plans:Pre-Tax Medical/Dental Insurance/Vision InsurancePaid VacationPaid Sick LeavePre-Tax 401(k)Bonus OpportunityPaid Training, Growth PotentialIf you are interested in this position, please send me a copy of your latest resume at @iquasar.com with the information requested below: Also, please let me know what time/number is best to call to discuss this great opportunity.
