Pripary Purpose

HR ADMINISTRATOR deals with various HR queries and provides HR administative support to other HR team members.

  • Deals with various Human Resources queries throughout the business from supervisors, employees and other Human Resources team members
  • Provides employees with job contracts, amendments, etc.
  • Processing, organizing, and maintaining of office files, data, and employee´s records (including confidential materials)
  • Creating detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders if needed
  • Supports other Human Resources team members
  • Administrate the benefits for the employees, keeps records about queries of the employees, deals with external providers of benefits
  • Provides administrative support to the Human Resources team members
  • Ensures compliance with employment legislation
  • Substituting HR Specialist role during absence
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Expected at minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources
  • Communicative knowledge of English (both written and verbal)
  • Basic orientation in labor law
  • Good working knowledge of common software packages
  • Strong relationship-building competency combined with a team orientation
  • Detail oriented; strong organizational skills to function effectively while meeting established deadlines.
