Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Additional qualifications information can be found here .
To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CG-11 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience providing administrative support for projects or a workload for an organization, identifying areas for process improvement, and tracking activities or projects to completion; and providing services for recruitment, administration, project management, and other administrative assignments.
Applicants must have met the qualification requirements (including selective placement factors - if any) for this position within 30 calendar days of the closing date of this announcement.

- Serves as primary liaison for, and coordinates all aspects of FIS orientation. Develops program content for and conducts orientation sessions along with other corporate subject matter experts.
- Researches and/or analyzes problems relating to FIS orientation and start date placement and proactively addresses those issues. Provides advice on complex ELEH program issues.
- Plans and/or accomplishes special projects related to the ELEH onboarding and orientation process. Manages special projects that have a broad impact on the ELEH program.
- Prepares FIS recruitment/tracking/status reports via automated reporting systems for Corporation leadership and stakeholders.
- Participates in the development of internal policies and guidance relating to onboarding and FIS orientation, analyzes feedback and provides recommendations to senior management.
- Provides advice to Chief, SPRM and Administrative Team Lead on complex ELEH administrative program issues. Identifies relevant issues based on operational and changing program requirements. Collects relevant data from various sources and makes recommendations to senior management.
