Contract Therapist (Remote)
Make an impact in the community you call home with Santes compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Team.Sante is currently seeking a Part-Time Therapist (Contractor) to join our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) team in Silver Spring, Maryland. As a Contract Therapist, you will provide a variety of psychotherapies to assigned clients, coordinate treatment with internal and external treatment team members, and bill for appropriate services. This is a part-time (20-25 hours per week) predominantly remote position with minimal in-person expectations (1-2 times on site per month).If you are passionate about creating positive change in your community, we encourage you to apply and join our team!What Youll Do:* Provide evidenced based treatment in various individual, group, and/or family therapy treatment modalities.* Provide quality intakes, diagnostic assessments, crisis intervention, and services in conformance with the Recovery Model.* Possess a demonstrated understanding of diagnostic evaluation methods, mental status exams, and use of the current DSM.* Collaborate and partner with community agencies and coordinate outside agency referrals as needed.* Responsible for obtaining required insurance authorizations prior to service and ensuring that service billing is submitted in a timely and complete manner.What Youll Get:* Salary: Fee for service (reimbursement rate of 30%-40% of services billed).* No cost supervision for clinical licensure.* Flexible, remote schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.* The rare opportunity to make a difference in the very community that you call home.
