Legal Secretary with at least five or more years of ITC/IP Litigation experience sought for large DC law firm.
In this position you will perform a variety of executive administrative duties such as calendar management, coordinating meetings, answering phones and emails, following up and keeping track of tasks and projects, arranging travel, opening new matters, typing correspondence, proofreading documents, pleadings, and briefs, inputting attorneys' time, file expense reports, assist with business development activities, etc.

- Minimum of five to eight years of experience in a Litigation IP secretarial position
- Degree preferred but not required
- Knowledge and experience of ITC Section 337
- Knowledge of EDIS filing system
- Knowledge of PACER
- Experience in working and filing in district courts
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Ability to work last-minute overtime when needed
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
