Residential Property Manager with HOA Expereince

Property manager with homeowners association experience sought for a high-rise building in Virginia. In this role, you'll make an impact by making recommendations to the board and residents regarding best practices, vendors, improvements, safety, and staff hiring; you'll effectively manage emergency situations helping to minimize damage and you'll use your leadership skills to help manage and develop talent employed by the property.

Best candidates will have outstanding communication skills, five plus years of property management experience, excellent leadership, and good organizational skills.

This position is in-person and on-site.
