IT Support Specialist

Facilities Management at the University of Maryland, College Park is currently seeking a IT Support Specialist to provide front-line IT support to Facilities Management customers. Incumbent will provide desktop and network device support, respond to FM Help Desk calls, diagnose requests and provide immediate solutions to service requests.

Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. A total of three (3) years of applicable experience in the types of hardware and software to be supported.

Salary and Benefits: The hiring salary range for this position is $58,629 - $70,354.80. Benefits include health, dental, vision and prescription insurance plans, and tuition remission for employees and dependents. Core shift is a standard Mon-Fri day shift.
