Assistant Slot Shift Manager

Responsible for the supervision of guest service and all employee related functions on a shift basis within the Slots department.Supervise 10-15 employees on a shift basis.Serve as the highest-ranking Slot department employee on duty in the absence of the Shift Manager of Slot Services.Serve in the capacity of a Slot Technician Shift Supervisor in the absence of the Slot Technician Shift Supervisor.Oversee an assigned area of the casino floor to ensure all guest service issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner with positive results and in accordance with departmental standards.Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained to maximize efficiency and productivity by all employees.Ensure the payment of all jackpots below $10,000 is properly administered by the Slot Service Attendants.Establish an environment promoting positive guest and employee relations.Assist with the training of all new employees.Payment of jackpots above $10,000.Ensure the authorization of all procedures as required by state regulations.Assist in employee evaluation and development process. Assist with additional technical and service issues as required.
