Such talent and passion make you the right fit for this unique sales role with Syneos Health.This opportunity is part of our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry.Take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry.The Virtual Sales Specialist is responsible for providing outbound marketing and inbound customer support virtually in a pharmaceutical environment. Primary responsibility will be making calls to healthcare providers to market or detail a specific pharmaceutical product.In this exciting opportunity, you are a great fit if you can Deliver branded messaging to targeted HCPs using approved marketing and sales materialsDevelop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of the assigned territoryHandle pre and post-call planning to optimize and prioritizeParticipate in all required training and development programsSupport and collaborate with the field sales team as neededAlong with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has Bachelor's Degree minimum2+ years of sales experience (pharmaceutical, B2B, or related), virtual/inside sales strongly preferredExcellent and persuasive communication skills, both oral and writtenTechnical/computer proficiency including MS Office; ability to work within multiple systems and computer screensSelf-motivated with strong performance orientationExpert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building successAbility to work independently and as a team memberAdvanced business acumen skills; experience in high-pressure and fast-paced environmentsAt Syneos Health, we believe in providing an environment and culture in which our people can thrive, develop and advance.
