Pyramid is seeking a proven Senior Program Manager for our future opportunity. The selected invidual will have proven experience delivering services for clients while mentoring a staff of professionals. The Program Manager will lead multiple Agile DevSecOps teams and provide leadership and have hands-on involvement with federal government programs including but not limited to client management, resource management, budgetary tracking, monitoring deliverables, and staff development. This opportunity is anticipated to begin January 2023ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operation of the program(s) and ensure compliance of program processes, contractual obligations, policies, and proceduresContribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actionsEffectively manage the clients' expectations and track program processes to ensure superior performance and customer experience throughout the project/programSupervise staff throughout project(s) lifecycle(s) to ensure cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and contract complianceDevelop, update, improve and execute project/program processes, policies, and procedures to ensure superior performance throughout the programIdentify potential business development opportunitiesSupport the development of proposals such as level of effort estimates, work break down structures, and analysis of the statement of work as neededUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizationsMentor Project StaffProvide relevant job related content in support of proposal efforts as required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong leadership abilityAbility to strategically partner with key stakeholders to achieve program goalsComputer skills including MS Office Suite and MS Project requiredQualificationsBachelor's Degree in related field preferred, however, experience in lieu of degree may be considered.Experience managing 60-80 person team.10 or more years of project/program management experience supporting federal IT Programs.
