Job DescriptionProject Scope: The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute an actionable and measurable plan to grow and nurture the company sales funnel regarding the Real Estate team's site acquisition efforts. Specific priorities of the Specialist include Sales Collateral Development & Planning, Lead Generation & Nurture, Channel Marketing, Tradeshows & Conferences, and Agency Management.Responsibilities Include:Sales Enablement & Lead NurtureManage the creation of sophisticated, innovative sales collateral, brochures, and pitch decks to build the brand and support the team win new business.Manage the development of educational brochures, fact sheets, white papers, and other materialsManage all aspects of photo and video shoots.Generate qualified B2B leads in target market and nurture them through the sales funnel Channel MarketingIdentify new marketing channels to promote companyManage creative agencies to develop plans & create marketing deliverables that support vertical growthUnderstand the market variances across B2B customer sectors to develop bespoke marketing approachesIdentify thought leadership opportunities to showcase the company team as industry experts.Manage all aspects of exhibiting at B2B conferences where company will be representedAccountable for the successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects from briefing and design through completion and deliveryWork cross-functionally to ensure coordinated messaging and maximized performance Reporting & OptimizationSupport cross-functional meetings and miscellaneous communications as needed-- collaborating with internal and external stakeholders or partners.
