Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis at government contractor

As a global leader, this company services commercial and government clients. Our client is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join their Northern Virginia area headquarters. As part of the Finance team, the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will act as a key link between business areas and finance and will lead the entity's financial planning, analysis and reporting activities.Highlighted responsibilities:Lead the budget and multi-year planning process by working closely with business colleagues and aligning to their strategic plan, and objectives.Lead monthly and quarterly forecast process and present analysis to senior management.Oversee development of monthly financial reporting package and KPI tracking.Serves as a subject matter expert and works cross functionally. This includes assisting with development of proposals and pricing, establishing sales quotas and revenue tracking.Manage and develop staff.Highlighted Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of six years of experience in corporate financial planning and analysis, within a government contracting environment.Experience managing and leading people.Must be able to obtain and maintain US Government issued security clearance at the Secret level.JustinBradley is an EO employer - Veterans/Disabled and other protected employees
