SkyWater is partnering with a high-growth industrial manufacturing company in MN. They design and engineer custom material handling and conveyor belt solutions for customers across the nation.This Inside Sales Executive will be expanding business within the conveyance and sortation product lines. They are targeting a hunter to generate leads and close new business. The position can be remote with only 10% travel. Experience selling into logistics, manufacturing, or retail industries is a plus! ResponsibilitiesDrive sales efforts for conveyance and sortationCultivate a comprehensive understanding of the company's product linePlan and execute marketing efforts to drive sales, margin, and customer acquisitionMake customer calls by telephone or video callMeet revenue goals and sales objectivesQualify leads at new and existing customers, converting them into salesManage assigned section of the sales pipeline in the CRM systemEngage with engineering and operations teams to provide innovative and efficient solutions to customersDesired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred2-4+ years sales experience preferredExperience working in a manufacturing or custom solutions environment desiredTechnically proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM programsRefined presentation skillsSelf-motivator with ability to work independently and with others in a team environmentStrong problem solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
