Federated Wireless is experiencing high growth alongside one of our major Channel Partners. The ideal candidate is a high energy team player whose focus is supporting sales through delivering high volume lead generating campaigns. We are a great fit if you possess a natural agility to shift, adapt to change, and reinvent along the delivery process and have a can-do attitude.Your Impact:At Federated Wireless, you will bring your expertise in project management, digital marketing, and building and running campaigns inclusive of webinars, content, and digital promotions. You will build our "Better Together" story across several vertical campaigns, with our partners, each with focus on driving audiences ripe for purchase.As a team member within the Marketing team, you will collaborate with experts in Product Marketing, MarCom, Digital Marketing and Channel Marketing to support your campaigns. Experience working with partner Marketing Development Funds (MDF), event planning, storytelling and working alongside partners will be important to your success. Experience owning 360 of multi-touch campaigns from idea/conception of the story, program planning, engagement with partner or third-party vendors for delivery of multiple tactics of the campaign, from organizing speakers, creating ppt or talking points for your campaigns and a delivering a quick follow-up on leads for appointment setting.Position Responsibilities:Develop joint marketing campaigns with channel partners focused on delivery of qualified leads to drive into the funnel focused on audiences, ripe for our 5G offering.Manage multiple campaigns, upward of three per month at various stages of development on a continuous basis to reach an optimal Marketing Qualified lead funnel.Ensure cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event digital strategies are integrated into your promotional program including email marketing, social media, and follow-up nurture programs.Work with enterprise and public sector sales team members to understand their GTM strategies, sales pipeline to ensure your campaigns map toward their sales goals.Cleanse contact lists for Pardot upload, track lead performance, communicate campaign performance and suggest areas for improvement.Responsible for developing communications of all campaigns across the marketing team to share with internal and partner sales leaders. Your Experience:3-5+ years' direct experience overseeing multi-channel marketing and demand initiatives.5+ years' overall digital and general marketing experience.Exceptional collaborative and communication skills needed for multiple constituent engagement.Hands-on experience developing and managing campaigns (eg, website, video, social, programmatic, etc.).Knowledge and experience with the below:Strong PPT skills for executive level webinars.Digital event marketing experience.Understanding of optimization and ROI of campaigns.Excel, Pardot/Salesforce, and metrics experience.Our Commitment:We're trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and drive innovation.Our collaborative team spirit enables the best and brightest minds to align on common goals.We will stand behind you to enable your success and growth.
