You are interested in further developing skills and understanding of process control applications. You have experience in customer support or a similar role involving electronics fundamentals. Have good problem-solving skillsLike to work with end customers ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with configurations and setup of Janitza products Troubleshoot issues with products and customer applicationsTriage customer product issues before the return of a product On-site commissioning of Janitza products Respond to on-site service requests from Janitza customers Respond to customer support inquiries via phone and email Advise customers on product selection for their applications
