You will manage the day-to-day relationships with SDK developer partners, game and app developers. You can expect to work closely with the marketing and product teams on clients' communication plans related to new feature launches and program changes. To be successful in the role, he or she will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the mobile ad monetization ecosystem and the ability to provide technical product solutions to developers and publishers.Duties and Responsibilities-Be the main point of contact to lead and maximize business opportunities and revenue targets.-Take a consultative approach to understand the goals, motivations, and performance needs of your accounts to optimize towards client's KPIs-Monitor performance post-launch, analyze data, and optimize toward KPIs-Develop and maintain strong industry and company knowledge, fully understand each product in the company to select appropriate ones for clients-Preparation of research studies, case collection, and data analysis to make full case proposals for clients-Grow revenue of assigned accounts through achieving client needs and new opportunities-Work closely with cross-functional teams while understanding the roles and responsibilities of colleagues located in cross-region offices to help improve inside workflow efficiency Requirements-BS/BA required, a degree in business, marketing, or a related field-English and Chinese are required-Passionate about mobile games-2-3 years minimum related to mobile/online advertising experience-At least 1 year of working with mobile app developers is a plus-Excellent communication and presentation skills-Knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem and SDKs-Knowledgeable of testing, attribution, segmentation, and QA-Familiar with Salesforce and Project management skills-Self-organized and proactive with attention to detail.-Data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze data for proposals and negotiation-Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and ability to perform under stress-10-20% traveling requiredBenefits-Competitive pay package that includes a base salary and bonus.-Traditional benefits including Health, Dental, and Life Insurance and 401(k) plan as well as Short-term and Long-term Disability-Generous paid time off starting at 4 weeks + 5 sick days and 9 Holidays per year.-Ongoing growth and development opportunities including training, on-the-job experiences, tuition reimbursement, and volunteer opportunities-Opportunities to travel and gain 1st hand industry trends globally, esp.
