Position will be primarily on site with the opportunity to telework one day a week.This position provides first line IT "break-fix" technical support for local and remote users, resolving technical problems and answering queries. Support shall include IT Hardware Installation, Maintenance, and break-fix support: Includes commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) desktops, laptops, and notebook computers, tablet PCs, scanners, printers, docking stations, and the other computer peripheral equipment and accessories (ie voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VOIP) phones, iPhones(R), fax machines)Supports issues relating to Windows(R) operating systems (OS), MS Office(R) suite of applications, Internet browsers, Adobe Acrobat(R) Professional, scanning software, antivirus software, and other software applications that can be installed on a Windows(R) OS.Qualifications- AA degree and 6 years of experience, OR High school diploma and 8 years of experience. Bachelor's degree highly desired. - Active DoD Secret clearance- CompTIA Security+ CE certification preferred or equivalent IAT Level IIExperience:Three or more years' experience providing network support (ie NIPRNET, SIPRNET, remote desktop, CITRIX(R))Three or more years' experience providing help desk support to the following:Microsoft (MS) Windows(R) operating systems (OS), MS Office(R) suite of applicationsInternet browsersAdobe Acrobat(R) ProfessionalScanning softwareAntivirus software Three or more years' experience providing communications break fix for:Telephones to include voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP), voice-over-secure-Internet-Protocol (VoSIP), and secure telephone equipment (STE) phones, iPhones(R)Facsimile
