In this role you will work closely in a team environment of public health and infectious disease epidemiologists, biostatisticians, lab managers and other project staff on a vaccine trial and a large data collection vaccine effectiveness study (or studies). This role will involve project support including setting and managing meetings, taking meeting minutes, liaising with partner staff and client staff, and assisting with data QC and other project-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Maintaining study documents, hosting meetings with study collaborators and project staff, responsible for project-related day-to-day study communications.
  • Developing requirements for data management systems; overseeing data collection including working with programmers to develop requirements
  • for QA/QC reports and reviewing generated reports.
  • Working closely with study sites to assure timely study implementation and accurate data collection and delivery.

Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in a health related field and a minimum of 3 years of related public health experience or, Master's degree in Public Health or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with multi-site clinical epidemiologic studies and data management preferred.

  • Demonstrated communication skills
  • Collaboration with teams, managers and/or clients
  • Organization skills, including time management ability
  • Detail oriented
