Monitor and track all employee terminations Code for deposit and save in box payment for all COBRA administration payment. Assist employee's with benefit claim submission/issues and review claims with carriers. Process and respond to employee medical support orders and communicate mandatory deductions and benefit changes to Payroll Department. Update employee personnel files to document benefit changes/waivers. Collect and verify certificates for dependent benefit coverage Weekly view benefit payroll deductions/confirm and approve for payroll deductions. Audit and communicate all employee benefit deductions for those on leave, etc each pay and provide both office and driver payroll with updates prior to payroll processing Run and examine monthly new hire reports for benefits enrollment/waivers and conduct all necessary follow-up. Sending out Monthly emails to New Hires of benefit eligibility elect benefit reminder Auditing certificates for spouse/dependent coverage, email and upload documents. Process new benefit enrollment approvals Assist in the planning and execution of open enrollment and employee communication including but not limited to employee/driver meetings, etc. Assist HR Director with various special projects and perform backup duties for other HR team members as needed. Work closely with the Cowan Leave Specialist to provide back up coverage and manage volume as needed Responsible for management of unemployment claims with outside vendor Perform other HR functions/duties as assigned.Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related field 3 Years Benefits experience and knowledge Previous experience in fast paced environment Ability to multi-task and transition from one project to another Advanced Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills Strong verbal and written communication skills to include composing business correspondence and communicating information companywide#CS
