Compression Molding Set Up Mechanic - 1 shift ( Day Shift ) Job Role Make adjustments, repairs and changeovers Coordinate with the operators to meet production goals Comply with Quality Standards Machine set up Responsibilities Perform Lauterbach machine set-ups from start to finish-XT closure set-ups, step wall set-ups, well cap set-ups Perform set-ups on the Alliance molding machines Perform reverse taper set-ups Perform upper ejection set-ups Perform Lauterbach teardowns Perform set-ups and adjustments to cap filers Make samples when requested(Lauterbach and Alliance machines) Perform first shot inspection and notify QC when new order is read Replacement Role Replace copper airlines as needed Replace Continental valves when required Replace Hydraulic lines when required/nee Conduct preventative maintenance, able to read, understand and follow schedules and track parts inventory.
