Here at ATL, we design, manufacture, and test semiconductor products for internal and commercial production customers, as well as emerging technology programs. ATL is responsible for all aspects of semiconductor technology including design, mask making, wafer fabrication, test, and assembly. Our devices enable a number of Northrop Grummans maritime, ground-based, avionic, and space-based radar systems.The Engineering Manager will be responsible for the technical and management activities associated within Inventory and Transportation area of the foundry. This is inclusive of and not limited to supporting SAP material warehouse requirements for inventory accuracy/traceability and costs for the Controlled and Non-Controlled storerooms including Production, Gas & Chemical, and Engineering materials, managing the Receiving Department, Shipping Department, and the Hazardous Waste 90-Day Storage Area while ensuring full compliance to DOT/IATA/OSHA/DHS and NGC regulations.#NGATLRoles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited toProvide leadership and support to team comprised of represented staff. This includes communicating job expectations, timecard approvals, and managing the team in alignment of company policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with Represented Union PoliciesEnsure compliance with EHSFP/IATA/DOT/OSHA/DHS regulationsCoordinate and communicate with multiple organizations for receiving and shipping logisticsManage inventory and dock activities for both Winterson and Test & assembly campusesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree with at least 2 years of management or leadership experience in a manufacturing logistics environmentTechnical knowledge and understanding of Hazardous material managementKnowledgeable of IATA/DOT/OSHA/DHS regulationsThis candidate should be able to work independently and set the teams priorities based on competing and urgent prioritiesKnowledgeable of SAP inventory and shipping functionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in presenting to upper managementMust be a US CitizenPreferred QualificationsMasters Degree with at least 5 years of management or leadership experience in a manufacturing logistics environmentHigh level understanding of DOT/IATA/OSHA/DHS regulationsExperience with Hazardous material wasteProficient with SAP inventory and shipping functions along with Ryder LogisticsExperience in semiconductor logisticsSalary Range: $103,800 USD - $155,600 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
