Our client, a magical entertainment conglomerate, is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team! This role will be hybrid on-site in the DC area, so candidates must be local. A Covid-19 vaccination is required for all employees. In this role you will: Provide the DC HR team with administrative support and assist with coordinating special projects, including working directly with the Director of HR and HR Business Partners for various divisions of the organization. Consolidate and track information from across the team including headcount requests, new hire tracking, requisition tracking, learning nominations, and spot awardsCreate and maintain org charts and headcount reportsWork with hiring managers to ensure employee onboarding/offboarding is executedAssist the team in preparing for meetings and trainings including creating and updating PowerPoint decks and agendasAssist with other special projects and general HR inquiries as neededQualifications:Some experience of project management/administrative support experience.Prior knowledge of and experience in WorkDay is a MUSTExperience in Microsoft VisioExcellent computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work with the highest degree of confidentiality - exercising discretion, judgment and diplomacy.#CB Rate/Salary: $30-31/hour
