You'll make use of your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to help these exclusive customers to shop, resolve questions about their orders and resolve issues with white glove treatment. During a Typical Day, You'llAnswer incoming communications from customers Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issuesRecommendations of products or services close a sale may be requiredWhat You Bring to the RoleAn appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture1 year or more of customer service experience1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experienceRecognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issuesComputer savvyThe Equipment You'll NeedYour own computer with these technical requirements (sorry no Apple, Chrome OS or tablets)Internet speed gt; 15 Mbps. A hardwired direct connection to your home router is recommended.
