Work within a supportive environment meeting regularly with your supervisor and teammates.The OVERNIGHT SUPPORT SPECIALIST:* Remains awake and attentive to the needs of the residents throughout the overnight shift* Assists with implementing and monitoring residents' individual service plans* Collaborates with other staff members to ensure residents' needs are met* Monitors and reports any maintenance, health, fire and safety issues* Documents residents' behavior and progress in the clinical record in accordance with agency and licensing standards* Assists individuals with self-administration of medications as needed* Performs administrative duties, such as scanning, filing, and shredding* Engages in light housekeeping to maintain the overall cleanliness of the facility*Required Qualifications*: Experience in the Human Services field and an ability to partner effectively with people with severe and persistent mental illness._*COVID Requirements: *__Please note that Pathway Homes requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
