At Tatte Bakery & CafA$ (C) , our Sous Chefs manage the fast-paced energy and high volume in the cafA$ (C) , by working with the CafA$ (C) Head Chef to oversee all kitchen operations. The Sous Chef leads and inspires the cafA$ (C) savory kitchen team to exceed our guest's expectations at every opportunity by creating amazing dishes from scratch while upholding the execution of Tatte's service and product standards.
