You will be responsible for making sure our member experience is always first class.*Responsibilities & Job Duties* of a Sales Lead:* Consistently, create a welcoming and engaging initial, first moment experience for our members* Educate prospective members to our dynamic workout solutions for their needs* Help current members get the most out of their ISIA$ -A cents € sA' (R) membership and achieve their goals* Introduce ISIA$ -A cents € sA' (R) to, win over, and build relationships with our community* Deliver and smash membership goals* Maintains an organized and clean lobby, front desk area* Conducts telephone inquiries, follow-up calls and member care calls. Maintains accurate records using brand sales systems* Responds immediately to membersA$ -A' cents A cents ' not A cents " cents and prospective membersA$ -A' cents A cents ' not A cents " cents requests, inquiries and concerns* Executes daily facility sales checklists. Accurately follows facilitiesA$ -A' cents A cents ' not A cents " cents pre/during/post shift activities* Support retail sales* Responsible for processing accurate credit card transactions* Participate in monthly staff meetings; and facility team huddles and meetings. Attend all relevant and mandatory training meetings.*Requirements and Qualities* in a Sales Lead:* High school diploma* Outgoing, people person. Energized being around others* Excellent customer service skills. Previous sales or customer service experience working in a quota- driven structure highly preferred* Demonstrate pattern of increasing responsibilities and impact* Responsible.
