*Fairfax Radiology Centers (FRC)*, is seeking a *Medical Scheduler *to work from our Business Office in *Fairfax, VA. *The position will be *remote* after the successful completion of a training period._Fairfax Radiology Centers requires Influenza and Covid vaccinations, to include the first Covid booster, for all employees_Schedule radiology exams accurately and efficiently by communicating professionally with patients, referring physician offices, insurance companies and FRC staff.*Shift: *Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm* Responsible for scheduling a variety of radiologic exams with patients and referring physician's practices in an accurate and professional manner.* Requires excellent customer service skills; outstanding skills w computerized system(s); heavy call volume or Call Center experience; and administrative/telephone experience.* Prefer prior medical, Call Center environment and/or preauthorization experience.* Prefer prior experience with a Windows Based Scheduling Information Systems.
