*Office Assistant/Service Coordinator*The area's #1 Hot Tub retailer is seeking an Office Assistant/Service Coordinator for our growing company at our busy Clarksburg, Maryland location. 40 hr week; 8 hour day Monday - Friday & some SaturdaysWe're looking for experience, great customer service skills, flexibility, and dependability. The ideal candidate will be able to work well independently and as part of a team. The individual should be self-motivated and able to multi-task with high volume calls, paperwork, and daily tasks.*ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES: ** Provide excellent customer service to our hot tub, swim spa, and sauna customers* Gathering information pertaining to service requests* Scheduling service requests* Inventory control* Shipping products and receiving parts* Assist other Admin in misc tasks* Accurate data entry* Drive to increase add-on sales and recurring contracts* Any other administrative duties that may be assigned or needed* Must be on time and dependable* Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is required*REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS: ** Ability to work in a small, busy office environment* Good time management and organizational skills.* Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
