How you come first with us: Benefits from day one and competitive pay Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and disability $400 tool allowance quarterly 401(k) Company Match Annual merit increases Pay increases with ASE certifications Sign-on, retention, and referral bonuses Technician Apprentice Program Who we re looking for: Lead Diesel Mechanic Four years of related work experience including ability to diagnose and repair vehicle air conditioning systems ASE Master MD/HD truck certification or ability to obtain one EPA HVAC Refrigerant Recovery and Recycling Certification within 90 days of hire (ASE, MACS or equivalent) required Three years as a hands-on fleet technician, tractor-trailer experience and basic welding skills are a plus Diesel Mechanic 2 years of experience in general heavy truck repair for commercial fleet operations Able to obtain EPA HVAC Refrigerant Recovery and Recycling Certification within 90 days of hire (ASE, MACS or equivalent) Basic welding (Oxy/Acetylene, MIG and ARC) with your own hand tools for tractor-trailer repairs Previous or current ASE certification and experience with trailer repair, diagnostics, and maintenance are a plus Trailer Mechanic 1 year of experience in general trailer repair Ability to perform equipment safety inspections and safety documentation Mechanic Specialist Ready to learn the ropes from hands-on experts and become a trailer mechanic Basic hand tool, mechanical, and computer skills to document activities Prior mechanical training or experience and a High School Diploma or GED are a plus More about your opportunity: Our fleet includes all types of Class 7 and 8 diesel equipment, forklifts, and trailing equipment As a Lead or Diesel Mechanic, you will perform regular inspection, maintenance, and system rebuild or repairs aligned with manufacturer schedules and DOT, EPA and OSHA requirements As a Mechanic Specialist, you ll have rotation each day within the department, learning from the best Our mechanics and specialists work a variety of shifts, need a valid driver s license, and basic computer skills Enjoy being part of a world-class team where you re top priority.
