You will help shape and implement an annual federal business development strategy to achieve sales and revenue targets. He/She will build, develop, and manage trusted relationships with key agency decision makers and industry executives to promote TigerSwan and position the company to pursue and win opportunities as they go to market.*Responsibilities**What you would do in this role: *A$ 'A' . Support the development of a pursuit pipeline including up-to-date recording and regular reporting on the status of various federal opportunities.A$ 'A' . Liaise with internal and external teams to identify and manage public and private partnerships in pursuit of federal contract opportunities.A$ 'A' . Proactively determine and engage lead sources for government requests for proposal (RFP) opportunities.A$ 'A' . Create and deliver effective presentations and proposals.A$ 'A' . Support the drafting of concept papers, capability statements, and other content to share with prospective partners, government stakeholders, and other audiences.A$ 'A' . Contribute to knowledge management including active use of CRM tools.A$ 'A' . Communicate and collaborate regularly with external consultants.A$ 'A' . Manage and partner closely with retained government relations firm to develop new federal business opportunities, create and execute public policy strategies, and help achieve business objectives from a legislative and regulatory perspective.A$ 'A' . Assist with researching and tracking relevant legislation, regulations, and rules and proactively determine impact opportunities.A$ 'A' . Manage association memberships and benefits.A$ 'A' . Present regularly to executive leadership on important public policy and political developments and other matters as needed.A$ 'A' . Schedule and coordinate industry events, meetings, appointments, fundraisers, conferences, and tradeshows.*Qualifications**What it takes to be successful in this role: *A$ 'A' . Prior experience working in the US Congress and/or the Executive branch.A$ 'A' . Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of external audiences and with company management.A$ 'A' . Proficient knowledge and use of computer software including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.A$ 'A' . Strong verbal and written communication skills.A$ 'A' .
