We would like to work with someone who has practiced in and has experience with the eastern district of Virginia local rules.Pursuant to the eastern district of Virginia local rules, you will be required to participate in all appearances and file any documents. While our lead attorney James Wertheim will handle the appearances, your attendance of course will be required.We have an initial pretrial conference on Wednesday 11/30/2022 at 11:00 AM in Alexandria, Courtroom 301 before Magistrate Judge Ivan D. Davis. We would need you to attend this.We will pay $150 / hr for the time you spend reviewing new court filings and attending any hearings. We will pay $75 for any travel time that is required to or from the court house.In addition to this lawsuit, we have others that we will need local counsel to work with.
