Coastal Collaborative Care LLC is a small *private practice* therapy group. The group specializes in *eating disorders*, *anxiety disorders*, *mood disorders*, and *trauma*. The practice owner and associates utilize a *Health at Every SizeA' (R)*, *intuitive eating*, *anti-diet*, *fat-positive*, *weight inclusive*, *trauma-informed* approach with all of their clients.The practice owner is Gabrielle (Gabby) Katz. She is a *Licensed Clinical Social Worker*, National Association of Social Workers - *Virginia Qualified Supervisor*, and *Certified Eating Disorders Specialist - Supervisor *(CEDS-S). Gabby provides weekly individual *supervision/consultation *for those that would like this or are unlicensed, which can include *CEDS supervision*. Gabby provides monthly group supervision for her associates as well.We are looking for someone to join our team. We believe in a *collaborative approach* all around. A collaborative approach means that we are in this together. As a team we support each other and consult with each other; we collaborate with our clients' other providers in a way that presents and feels like a supportive and cohesive treatment team; and, of course, we work with our clients, and anyone they want, or need, involved in their care.We are hiring either a *part-time or full-time *position. The position is for an *independent contractor *so you would get to *pick your own schedule* (hours and days). We have an *in-person location in Old Town Alexandria*, but you would not be required to provide in-person sessions. If you are more comfortable only providing virtual services, that is okay with us. The office is an option for you to work from, to provide your *virtual sessions* and/or to see your clients in-person.*Looking for someone: ** Who is a master's level mental health therapist (Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist) or equivalent* At least 1 year of eating disorder treatment experience* Has to have experience working in an eating disorder higher-level-of-care treatment center* Experience and comfort treating anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, self-harm, and suicidality* Fully licensed in state of VA, or able to be a supervisee in social work in the state of VA or DC (Supervision provided by Practice Owner)* Additional license in DC and/or MD would be a plus* Trained and experience practicing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and exposure therapy (ERP)* Trained and experienced in internal family systems therapy (IFS), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), or other therapeutic modalities would be a plus* Willing to work with adolescent and adult clients (parent sessions or accountability/support person sessions might be necessary, required for adolescent clients with eating disorder diagnosis)* Wants to collaborate and participate in consultation with the Coastal Collaborative Care team and other providers on their client's caseloadJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $70.00 - $110.00 per hourCOVID-19 considerations:We have an in-person location in Old Town Alexandria, but you would not be required to provide in-person sessions.
