Ability to analyze program effectiveness and implement process improvement techniques.*Job Summary*The Contractor shall identify a Lead Program Administrative and Analytical Support personnel by name, who shall serve as the primary interface and point of contact (POC) with the Government program authorities and representatives on technical program/project issues.*Responsibilities and Duties: *A' . Provide management, oversight, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this contract.A' . Serve as the primary contact for all Contractor staff on JPO-specific inquiries related to processes and procedures, systems, and training. Facilitate Government and Contractor communications and all activities necessary to ensure the accomplishment of timely and effective support, performed in accordance with the requirements contained in this PWS.A' . Use industry best-standards that assure that all contract activities are identified, documented, and tracked so that the contract will continuously be evaluated and monitored for timely and quality service by the Contractor.A' . Notify the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), and Technical Points of Contacts (TPOCs) in writing of any technical, personnel, or general managerial problems encountered throughout the contract period of performance (PoP)A' . Provide qualified temporary staff coverage or assess and redistribute workload as needed when vacancies occur in order to mitigate gap in support.A' . Manage in-processing and out-processing of Contractor support staff to include but not limited to; coordination of required on-boarding documentation, facility access, Security check points, IT access, and government furnished property. The Lead shall adhere to current JPO on-boarding and out-processing procedures.A' . Provide regular and recurring training on DESA processes and systems, as required.to new Contractor support staff.A' . Provide deliverables in accordance with Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) exhibits A001 - A008.*Telework*A' . All Contractor personnel will provide on-site support at the Government site listed in Section 4.3 for approximately 25% of the time unless approved by the COR. Additionally, the Contractor must provide their Telework policy detailing the roles, responsibilities, security, safety, and requirements for adherence by the Contractor to the COR. All positions are eligible to telework approximately 75% of the time unless otherwise specified. Contractor discretion is required when making alternate worksite and telework decisions based upon the nature of support provided by the employees. In the event telework is utilized, the Contractor remains responsible for performance and compliance with any applicable cost accounting standards and contract cost principles/procedures. The Government is not responsible for any operating costs associated with telework by the Contractor up to and including maintenance, insurance, and/or liabilities.
