Old City CrossFit Morning Coach, and Membership Experience Manager is responsible for the morning schedule and overall membership experience at Old City CrossFit at 1007 H St NE.This is a full time, salaried position with benefits. This position reports directly to the CEO of Cheviot Heights, LLC and works with the Manager of CrossFit Programming & Equipment, as well as with the Manager of Personal Training & Coaching Development.*Responsibilities: *Coaching:* Available to coach 20-25 hours of group CrossFit classes and/or Personal Training per week.* Specifically available to coach morning and noon classes throughout the week (5, 6, 7 am on M/W/F, and 6, 7 am on Tu/Th).* Weekend coaching is expected roughly 1 time per month, or as needed to fill classes based on part time coach availability.* Available to perform 1:1 new member consultations throughout the day as needed outside of normal coaching hours.* Available to perform 3-5 hours of Personal Training sessions outside of standard coaching hours.Membership Experience:* Ensure all classes have requisite coaches assigned, and ensure the assigned coach coaches their assigned class. Serve as a replacement coach if and when necessary.* Create and optimize a process for onboarding new members into our community, specifically focusing on the experience of their first 90 days.* Create and manage retention and attendance tracking programs* Manage and optimize the membership experience for all current and long-term members, including but not limited to, class options and schedule, advanced training programs and options, personal training hybrid memberships, and attendance and goal tracking programs.* Continue to build a strong community within the Old City CrossFit. Including monthly community events, checking in on members with poor attendance, and outreach to other local businesses that could be mutually beneficial.* Develop and implement member retention concepts designed to limit the number of monthly cancellations.* Analyze monthly membership trends to determine root cause and corrective actions to meet and surpass budgetary expectations.* Determine and track membership key performance indicators on a monthly basis and determine corrective actions for areas that are underperforming.Requirements:* CrossFit Level 2 Certification required.* 1000+ Hours of CrossFit Head Coaching Experience* 5+ years of People/Program Management Experience* 1-3 years of Marketing and Sales Experience* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills* A competent CrossFit athlete with experience in Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Kettlebells, and other CrossFit modalities.
