At SmartRide, we provide reliable and affordable vehicles to all customers regardless of their credit history.The Sales Advisor serves as a transportation consultant to our customers driving a seamless sales process by proactively identifying customer needs and working to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. As a Sales Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers through in person interactions, over the phone, and messaging to help get them into a vehicle and become their go to dealership to meet all their future transportation needs.*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ** Build and maintain relationships with customers to provide a high level of service including answering phones, email and messages timely.* Navigate appointments, close sales, complete applications, collect documents, and issue temp tags.* Build relationships with Customers by acting as a consultant salesperson.* Responsible for extending or renewing existing lease contracts before or upon expiration, as well as identifying opportunities for customers to upgrade their vehicle.* Create a positive sales experience for our customers.* Manage company driven and personal leads for customers interested in leasing a vehicle.* Responsible for the maintenance of SmartRide car lots to include; lot and office appearance, opening procedures, closing procedures (locking cars, trash removal, turning on cars to preserve the battery life) and general security.* Provide reports as needed, strive to hit sales goals.*Successful candidates will possess the following: ** Good appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills* Must possess the ability to meet, greet and ask for the sale* Must be able to proficiently use our CRM tool.
