MPCP is looking for a Human Resources Specialist. Must be able to work independently with exceptional accuracy. Desired candidate must have experience maintaining employee information, have great time management skills and be proficient in Excel. Experience with HR and Payroll software is ideal. The HR Specialist will provide day-to-day HR Operations support to the employees. Collaborates across HR, Benefits, Payroll and HRIS technical support to ensure data accuracy and reporting activities. Assist with audit responsibilities as required related to HR data integrity. Invoice reconciliation, communications, annual open enrollment.*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *A$ 'A' . Maintain employee benefits, direct deposits, pay rates, and all other employment status changes.A$ 'A' . Process all necessary documentation for evaluations and employee status changes.A$ 'A' . File paperwork into employee personnel files.A$ 'A' . Update weekly 401K changes in deferral and loans in payroll system.A$ 'A' . Execute payroll system reporting as requested.A$ 'A' . Assist in other projects as needed.*Education and Experience: *A$ 'A' . An AssociateA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents s degree in Human Resource Management or Business related field desired.A$ 'A' . 3 years of progressive HR experience.A$ 'A' . Experience using Human Resources/Payroll software (Paylocity experience desired).A$ 'A' . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A$ 'A' . Proficient in Excel and Word.A$ 'A' . Must be well organized and have strong time management skillsA$ 'A' . Ability to work independently and with a team in a high volume and fast paced environment while displaying accuracy and timelinessA$ 'A' .
