*Job Title: * AV/VTC Technician*Job Location: * Joint Base Andrews, Camp Springs, MD 20762*Travel Required: * Infrequent Position*Type: *Full-time*Clearance: * Must have active DoD Secret clearance, Top Secret Preferred*Job Description: ** Performs troubleshooting of VTC and conference room equipment and executes repair or initiates trouble ticket to appropriate office for support of components and connections external to the site VTC system.* Performs routine testing to ensure VTC and other conference room equipment, computer servers, and workstations are operating at optimal performance and capacity.* Resolves system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolations.* Schedules AV/VTC sessions, maintains a call schedule and coordinates reservations and scheduling of AV/VTC services.* Performs setups, tests, adjustments, operations, and shutdowns of equipment in support of AV/VTC sessions.* Provides client consulting and training on control, interfaces, and use of the audio/ visual and VTC equipment.*Job Qualifications: **Required: ** Experience in AV system maintenance/repair including but not limited to cable termination, reading drawings, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and customer interaction.* Active DoD Secret Clearance* 2-5 years of experience* IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE)*Preferred: ** Cisco Experience* AA Degree* Active DoD Top Secret Clearance*We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
