GCyber is hiring a Mobile Support Technician to manage and administer the 3,000+ iPhone and Android mobile devices used the Pentagon JSP user community.As a Mobile Support Technician you will:* Provision, configure, and deploy mobile devices (iPhone and Android) to users* Support mobile device configurations and break-fix actions including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and/or software installation* Use Remedy ticketing system to work and track customer's requests for service and trouble incident tickets* Provide customer support for hardware and software related issues impacting mobile devices* Provide user training as needed and provide recommendations to improve mobile supportThis position is full time onsite at the customer work site in Arlington, VA.Minimum Qualifications and Experience:* Associates Degree or equivalent experience* 3-4 years of prior IT support experience, mobile support experience preferred* ITIL or HDI Desktop Support Technician service desk support preferred (may be required)* DoD 8570 IAT II Certification or higher (eg, Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP) Active Secret Clearance_GCyber is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
