*Portfolio Analyst (Healthcare Services)* Alexandria, VADescription:Oxford Finance is currently seeking Portfolio Analyst candidates for its Healthcare Services lending group. Candidates for this entry level position should be recent Finance or Accounting graduates with relevant coursework or professional experience looking to start their career with a fast-paced and growing financial services company. Portfolio Analysts work closely with Oxford's experienced senior portfolio team managing client relationships and administering loan activity for a portfolio of asset-based, real estate and cash flow loans in a team-oriented environment.Oxford Finance is a sophisticated customer-focused lender that excels in situations requiring extraordinary service, a high level of creativity, insight and speed. Work closely with Oxford healthcare team to manage a portfolio of asset based revolving lines of credit and real estate term loansA' . Interact with clients - Respond to client requests and obtain required reporting items from borrowersA' . Input and analyze borrower financial statements and collateral reports - attention to detail and accuracy are keyA' . Monitor insurance, real estate tax and other borrower obligationsA' . Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of internal and external credit reporting itemsA' . Perform daily / weekly revolving line of credit functions - post cash, verify borrower calculations, and process funding requests etc.Requirements:A' . Bachelor's Degree in Finance or AccountingA' . Relevant courseworkA' . Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (VBA experience preferred)A' . Financial modeling experienceA' . Strong analytical and communication skillsA' .
