Corporate Recruiter

*Summary*The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible leading the end-to-end corporate recruiting activities for our organization. The position expects a self-starter who works independently, also effective at collaborating with hiring managers. The role is also responsible for developing creative sourcing strategies and enhancing the interview and onboarding process, which includes overseeing the intaking of job applications and resumes and sourcing candidates.*Responsibilities: ** Work closely with hiring managers to create the job description and ensure we are hiring the best match talents to the business.* Build and determine appropriate sourcing strategies to search for qualified candidates* Providing satisfied sourcing strategic to fill technical and non-technical positions* Develop sourcing models to generate diverse talent pools* Possess strong ability to screen, interview candidates* High standard ability of manage timelines to ensure the recruitment process achieves designed time goal.* Recruitment of IT and non-IT professional positions, such as IT sales, Software developers, and Administrative, etc.*Requirements: ** 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience or staffing/consulting recruiting experience* Experience of utilizing ATS systems or any related tracking tools* Well Knowledge with sourcing tools* Strong communication and writing skills* Possess the mentality to identify and gauge chemistry of candidates for role fit and understand their motivation.* Experience with staffing/consulting business model* High performance of recruitment senior-level positions* Well experience in recruiting for Technical positionsJob Type: Full-timePay: From $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:* Sterling, VA 20166: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:* Recruiting: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
