The ideal candidate for this position is a dynamic leader whose focus is providing exceptional guest service.*Responsibilities: ** Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication and recommend discipline and termination.* Respond to guests' special needs, problems, issues and concerns and accomadate groups to ensure an optimal levle of guest satisfaction and repeat business.* Supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk to comply with SOPS, maximize revenues adn motivate associates to ensure an optimal level of guest service.* Tracking and adjusting guest room charges.* Forecasting data for the purpose of scheduling and staffing.* Plan, organize and monitor front desk staff activities to ensure compliance with QA standards set by the hotel brand and Cohenterprises..* Plan and conduct front desk staff meetings as needed.
