General Responsibilities:The marketing and admission coordinator is an ambassador for our online programs, interacting with new and prospective students and parents. We are looking for someone who knows what it takes to build relationships and is able to develop, manage and execute our marketing and communications initiatives. The duties of the coordinator include but are not limited to:Admissions:A' . Establish and direct an enrollment management plan that addresses prospective parents (inquiry, materials, follow-up) as well as local community outreach.A' . Organize information sessions and open houses.A' . Maintain accurate database of prospective families.Marketing/Communications:A' . Develop a media relations program that includes relationship building with online and traditional news sources.A' . Oversee website administration. Works with IT consultant or outside vendors to ensure website is current and an effective means of communication.A' . Oversee paid advertising and all social media sites.Requirements:A' . Has 5-8 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably in education.A' . Bachelor's degree in related field of study such as Marketing or Communications, or the equivalent work related experience.A' . Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interact with prospective students and parents.A' . Ability to work independently.A' . Ability to work non-traditional hours with possible evening and weekend meetings/activities.*Compensation commensurate with experience*Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $5,000.00 - $20,000.00 per yearSchedule:* Monday to Friday* Weekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:* Commission payEducation:* Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:* marketing: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
